1 General Terms & Conditions

Rbaje log (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an online betting platform operated for bettors in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between rbaje log and its members (referred to hereinafter as "you" or "member").

These Terms apply to all services, features, and content on the site. They also apply to any mobile applications, websites, or other digital platforms associated with rbaje log.

Rbaje log reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the site with the updated date clearly stated. Continued use of the site after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Rbaje log currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• The maximum single deposit is ৳50,000. For larger deposits, please contact support.
• Your account balance should be updated automatically after a deposit. If it isn't, contact support with your payment receipt.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 10–30 minutes. During peak hours, it may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered mobile banking number.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000. If you need to withdraw more, please contact support in advance.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting on rbaje log at all times. They cover every type of bet — pre-match, live, and virtual.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your bet carefully before placing it.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Rbaje log reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds caused by a system error.
• The minimum stake per single bet is ৳50. The maximum is determined by the specific market.
• Betting based on match-fixing or inside information is strictly prohibited.
• When using the cash-out feature, the value at the time of cash-out will be the final payment.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Rbaje log offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and special promotions from time to time. To take advantage of these offers, the following conditions must be met:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.
• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Bonus funds may only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• If you attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Rbaje log reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rbaje log. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse — creating an account solely to claim bonuses.
• Hacking, phishing, or any unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Match fixing, use of insider information, or participation in betting syndicates.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.
• Attempting to pass KYC using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Rbaje log may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Accounts with no activity for 6 consecutive months will be marked as inactive.
• If an account must be closed due to a court order or legal requirement.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure. Once permanently closed, the account cannot be reopened.

8 Responsible Gambling

Rbaje log believes betting is meant to be fun, not a source of problems. We encourage all our members to bet responsibly, and offer the following tools to help:
